  • In Diablo 2, when it dropped, that was the name you'd see on the ground. Then it would be a Harlequin Crest in your inventory. It's a term for a kind of hat, which it doesn't resemble in any way but that's how it was coded.

    Edit: not that I ever got one in D2 for that matter...
