Hundreds of St Andrews students take part in traditional pier walk

Best of luck to all our freshers this week. I met one off to St Andrew's this weekend, so thought I'd share this rather strange tradition. Remember it doesn't last long! Work hard, and you can sleep when you're dead (but also, get plenty of sleep!)
