If they do start to fail the government gives them unlimited bail out money without any provisions against them giving the money to themselves . If by some freak chance a company does fail or fails because the shareholder class grifted all the wealth out of a company the CEO’s get huge handouts because the wealthy aren’t allowed to fail.
