I hate strawmen.

Disclaimer: not really The King

  • Ephesians 6:9 ESV

Masters, do the same to them, and stop your threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and that there is no partiality with him.

Doesn't sound like Trump/Epstein, knife wielding, or bombing gazans behaviour to me.

    1 Timothy 1:8-11 ESV

Now we know that the law is good, if one uses it lawfully, understanding this, that the law is not laid down for the just but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who strike their fathers and mothers, for murderers, the sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine, in accordance with the gospel of the glory of the blessed God with which I have been entrusted.

  • This is actually a genius question. Technically would that mean that a premature baby would have to wait an extra few months after their birthday?

  • It's addressing it. Not promoting it.

  • In the UK it is easier to change your name than to watch porn.

  • It is a belief in that there is no God. A lack of belief either way is agnosticism

  • That's not promoting slavery. It's addressing slavery that's already happening.

Also worth mentioning this isn't like chattel slavery

  • You called Muslims zealots, and Christians cannibals and stupid.

Smells like an Atheist religious zealot to me.

  • The Bible doesn't promote slavery or the subjugation of women, the stonings are the old levitical law.

  • Either you're a troll or a religious zealot.

I don't think companies should get rid of people for talking about news and politics in a respectful manner

  • I think society would be pretty good if the people who identified as Christian actually acted accordingly

  • True ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • But it's funny

  • That's not what the blaspheming of the Holy Spirit is at all.

  • I agree with you. On surface, it is a good thing. But again, this is Trump speaking.

I think maybe someone should convert Trump to Christianity.

  • North Korea is basically the only one I could find.

And they execute religious followers.... Among other things.

  • So your jokes weren't aside. "I only want people to be publicly atheist and nothing else."

  • I don't really see the problem? I'd assume this includes any belief system, including atheism?

The headline is a bit sensationalist. The article is just "colleagues should be allowed to debate religion"

  • I think those donations were from decades ago. Apparently the likes of Copeland's "church" needs staff to bring boomers to the front so it looks like loads on tv

  • Remember when Microsoft Teams disabled Emergency Calls on Google Pixel devices?
